  • My Account

    Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password". Enter the email address you used to register. We'll send a secure reset link to that address — click it and follow the steps to create a new password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support at joerexsports20@gmail.com.

    Sign in to your account and go to My Account → Profile. From there you can edit your name, phone number and default shipping address. Save changes when finished. For address changes that affect an ongoing order, contact customer care immediately.

    Yes. To change your account email, go to Profile → Email → Edit. You will be asked to confirm the new email via a verification link. Until verified, the old email remains the primary contact for account notices.

    4. How does Joerex Sports protect my personal information?

    We use industry-standard HTTPS and secure storage practices. Personal data is used only to process orders, provide customer service, and for legal obligations. See our Privacy Policy for full details or contact privacy@joerexsports.ng.

    If you want to deactivate or permanently delete your account, email support at joerexsports20@gmail.com with "Delete account" in the subject and include the email tied to your account. We’ll verify your request before proceeding to protect your data.

  • Orders & Purchases

    Browse our shop, choose product size/colour where applicable, then click "Add to cart". When ready, go to your cart and proceed to checkout — enter delivery address and payment details, then confirm. You’ll receive an order confirmation email with tracking details when the order ships.

    Orders are processed quickly. If you need to modify or cancel, contact customer support immediately with your order number. If the order hasn't yet been dispatched we can usually cancel or change it. Once shipped, normal returns apply.

    After dispatch you'll get a tracking number by email. Sign in to My Account → Orders to view live status. If you didn't receive tracking details, contact support and provide your order number.

    Yes — we supply teams and organizations. Email sales@joerexsports.ng or call our sales team for quotes, custom branding and lead times. We can handle large quantities, custom sizes and delivery logistics.

    Enter your promo code at checkout in the "Discount code" field before payment. Only one code can be applied per order unless stated. Codes may have minimum spend or product restrictions — check the promotion terms.

  • Returns & Refunds

    Unused and unworn items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with tags. Certain sale or personalised items may be non-returnable — see product page for details.

    Log into My Account → Orders, find the order and click "Return item". Follow the steps to request a return and print the return label. If you don’t have an account, email returns@joerexsports.ng with your order number and reason.

    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider (typically 3–7 business days).

    Contact support immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping for damaged/wrong items.

    Some products come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty length and coverage are listed on the product page. For warranty claims, contact support with your proof of purchase and photos describing the issue.

  • Shipping & Tracking

    We ship across Nigeria. Standard delivery to Lagos metro usually takes 1–3 business days; other states may take 3–7 business days depending on location. For express options and international shipping, check shipping choices at checkout.

    Shipping cost is computed at checkout based on package weight, delivery address and service level selected. We sometimes offer free shipping promotions for orders above a set value — check current offers on the site.

    After dispatch we email a tracking number and courier link. Click the link in your email or go to My Account → Orders to view live updates. If tracking shows no movement for several days, contact support with your order number.

    Couriers will attempt delivery; if unsuccessful they may hold at a local depot or attempt another delivery. Provide a safe, complete address (landmarks help). For urgent changes, contact our support team immediately.

    We may offer international shipping for selected items. International orders have additional customs/duties which the customer is responsible for. Contact sales@joerexsports.ng for quotes and lead times.

  • Fees & Billing

    We accept card payments (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfers, and popular local payment options such as USSD/pay-on-delivery partners where available. Payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by region.

    Yes. Invoices are emailed with your order confirmation. You can also download them from My Account → Orders. For business invoicing or VAT receipts, contact billing@joerexsports.ng with your company details.

    Card payments are typically charged at the time of purchase. For some payment methods (bank transfer) you may be asked to confirm payment before we ship. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

    Product prices on our site include any applicable local taxes shown at checkout. For corporate orders or special tax arrangements, contact billing@joerexsports.ng.

    If payment fails at checkout, try a different card or payment method. Ensure billing details match your bank records. If issues persist, contact support with an order attempt reference and we’ll help complete the purchase.
